JV Turizm Gıda ve İnş. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Company”), acting as the data controller within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), processes your personal data in accordance with the framework described below.

Depending on the service provided and the communication channel used, the following personal data may be processed:

Identity and contact information: full name, e-mail address, phone number
Booking and transaction information: villa preference, check-in and check-out dates, number of adults / children / infants, booking status, special notes and requests
Billing information: billing address and other information required for invoicing
Travel information: flight details
Payment transaction information: transaction amount, transaction date and time, payment status, transaction reference number, prepayment and refund records
Customer communication information: call center / sales representative notes, CRM records, and communication content conducted via e-mail, phone, and WhatsApp
Membership and digital usage data: user account information, session and security records, IP address, device/browser information, and usage data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies

Note: Card details are not stored by the Company. Payment transactions are carried out through the relevant payment institution and/or bank infrastructure.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

Receiving, evaluating, and finalizing booking requests
Carrying out villa rental intermediation services
Managing customer relations, sales, support, and communication processes
Carrying out prepayment, collection, refund, accounting, finance, and invoicing processes
Coordinating the booking with villa owners / operators
Managing user account and membership processes
Conducting information security, system administration, logging, and fraud prevention processes
Fulfilling legal obligations and managing disputes
Carrying out marketing, campaign, advertising, retargeting, analytics, and performance measurement activities where explicit consent is required and has been obtained

4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds

Your personal data may be collected, wholly or partially by automated means, through the website, membership and booking forms, payment screens, call center, e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, CRM records, cookies, and similar digital tools.

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, including:

Processing being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
Processing being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations
Processing being necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right
Processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that such processing does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
Your explicit consent, where required

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the relevant processing purposes and to the extent necessary, to the following recipient groups:

Villa owners / operators: for the purpose of carrying out the booking and coordinating the accommodation process
Payment institutions / banks: for the purpose of carrying out payment processes
Accounting, finance, and invoicing service providers: for the purpose of fulfilling financial and accounting obligations
IT, hosting, infrastructure, security, CRM, e-mail, SMS, and similar service providers: for the purpose of operating systems and managing service processes
Authorized public institutions and organizations, legal advisors, and competent authorities: for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and managing dispute processes

Within the scope of booking management, full name, phone number, and guest count may be shared with villa owners.

6. International Transfer of Personal Data

Due to certain digital infrastructure, analytics, advertising, communication, and technology services we use, your personal data may be transferred to service providers located abroad or to servers located outside Turkey. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and the applicable legal mechanisms for international data transfers.

7. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period prescribed by the applicable legislation or for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. At the end of the relevant retention period, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the applicable legislation.

8. Your Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the Company and request to:

learn whether your personal data is processed
request information if your personal data has been processed
learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate
request deletion or destruction of your personal data
request notification of such correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated processing
request compensation in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data
