The pool is the villa's own, seven and a half metres by three and a half, with a jacuzzi beside it and a swing on the terrace. The garden is arranged for long evenings with a dining table, sun loungers and a barbecue, and there is parking on the property.

The open-plan kitchen carries a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a four-burner hob, so cooking at home is a real option rather than a fallback.

There is air conditioning and a washing machine for stays of a week or more.

It is a couples' villa and reads best as one. Kalkan harbour and the restaurants are a short drive away when you want a table booked for you instead. The pool terrace is the centre of the day here.
